Source: MESH Experience studies of 46 Brands in the electronics, CPG, automotive, and service categories, 2011-2018. Participants record experiences with brands in real-time for 7 days. Total sample size across studies=32,140. Samples are weighted to Nat Rep, 18+. All categories are represented equally.
